Are products always in stock?
We stock up on popular products regularly. Examples are filter cartridges and in-demand nutritional products like Jade Greenzymes and Lactoferrin 2.0. If for some reason the item you want is out-of-stock, the waiting time ranges from 2 weeks to a month.
What are pre-orders?
When an item is on pre-order status, it usually means two things; either the product has been sold out awaiting to be restocked or the product isn’t in demand at the moment but can be ordered through us.
Are the products original?
We’re the exclusive distributor for Nikken products in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Philippines, Taiwan, and Indonesia. We import directly from U.S.A and all of our products shown on our website are genuine.
Do you carry products of other brands?
Nope. We only carry Nikken products.
Any discount if more products are bought?

Can I be a distributor or dealer?
We’re sorry but ProMarpe sells directly to end-consumers and doesn’t operate on a MLM business model.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days and may take slightly longer during peak periods. We strive to shorten the waiting time whenever possible. Kindly note that transit time is shown when products are in the cart (if you’re ordering from overseas). For local deliveries, we will contact you to arrange the best possible time to send the order over.
My order wasn't sent correctly
We check every item’s packaging for defects prior to delivery. We make sure consumables aren’t close to expiry dates as well. If the order you received wasn’t correct, please contact us immediately so we can follow-up on your order promptly.
Does the order include installation?
Unfortunately no. We have videos on our website that will guide you through the process. Please contact us if you have any doubts, we’ll be more than happy to answer your queries.
Is there free local delivery?
Local delivery is capped at $6.00 regardless of quantity or location (excluding Airport zones, Sea Ports, Military zones, Construction sites and Surrounding islands).
Do you have a self-pickup address?
Sorry we don’t have one. Our address is our storage facility and we operate as an online storefront to keep business costs low. As a distributorship, we do not cater to walk-in customers too.
What shipping service providers are used?
Our local deliveries are done by ProMarpe staff to ensure proper handling and quick response times. Customers usually get their orders personally delivered within a day or two once the order has been processed. For shipping to other countries, we mainly use DHL or Speedpost.
Do I need to create an account?
Not necessarily. Having an account helps to store your shipping address so that you won’t have to key in repeatedly each time you place an order with us. You’ll also have access to your own account page where you can view previous orders for reference.

Can I share my account?
It is better to have your own account for privacy and confidentiality reasons. Sharing an account means your password is shared across devices. If you know of someone who needs to place an order, you can do so on his or her behalf and change the shipping address.
Will my account be hacked?
Our website uses Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) and we have a security plugin which is updated regularly to prevent threats. If you encounter any issues regarding your account, please contact us immediately.
Logging in on my mobile device
You should have no problems logging in to your ProMarpe account on your mobile device, our website is optimized for mobile use. Do note however, that the desktop or laptop view allows for ease-of-use and better browsing experience.
